Group Performance Training

Post-ACL Return to Sport Program

A bridge between physical therapy and full return to sport—designed specifically for athletes recovering from ACL reconstruction.

A 12-week performance program for athletes recovering from ACL reconstruction who are cleared by their surgeon—usually around the 9-month post-op mark—and ready to transition safely back to high-level sport.

Program Details:

  • 24 sessions over 12 weeks (2x/week)

  • Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15 PM

  • Rolling admission – start when you’re ready

  • Supervised by Doctors of Physical Therapy

  • Focused on:

    • Agility, change of direction, and explosive power

    • Return-to-sport readiness testing

    • Strength, coordination, and confidence

    • Injury prevention to reduce re-tear risk


Cost:

  • $1,000 total (Just $42/session)

  • Rolling Admission/Join at anytime
  • HSA/FSA eligible


This is the final phase of your ACL rehab—where strength meets confidence, and clearance becomes true readiness.
